I happened upon your RootsWeb database yesterday while researching my
ancestress Louanna Bolen/Bowling. I notice that your information traces her
ancestry back to Pocahontas through Benjamin Bowling. I wanted to make sure
that you knew that Benjamin Bolling's parentage is in dispute. DNA tests
have pretty much confirmed that he was not the son of John Bolling, and
there are many alternate theories about his immediate ancestry.
