Soldier: Mrs Allie Conn Caudill , 89, Soldier , Died Monday, Feb 25, at the residence of a son , Cecil Caudill of Soldier, following an extended illness.
Mrs Caudill was born June 7, 1890, in Carter County, a daughter of the late Melvin and Martha Cline Conn. She was a member of the Baptist Church. Her husband, Millard Caudill, preceded her in death.
Additonal survivors include three other sons , Alvin Caudill of Winchester, Albert Caudill of Grahn, and Orville Caudill of Lawton; five daughters, Mrs Belva Snipes of Maysville, Mrs Eva Brown of McDonald, Ohio, Mrs Ella Conn of Route 2, Olive Hill, Mrs Della Cox of Lawton and Mrs Stella Porter of Hillsboro, Ohio; two brothers Bill and Allen Conn, both of Route 1, Olive Hill; five sisters Mrs Margaret Davis and Mrs Mahalie Davis, both of Ironton, Mrs Annie Brewster of Route 1, Olive Hill, Mrs Pearl Dowdy of Sidney, Ohio, and Mrs Stella Davis of Mansfield, Ohio; 44 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb 27 at Little Perry Baptist Church by Elders Floyd Hall and Charles Littleton. Burial was in the Caudill Cemetery in Cranston.
The Lane-Stucky-Back Funeral Home in Morehead, were in charge of the arrangements
