Born at Daisy, KY on April  18, 1920 she was the daughter of John G. Pratt and Orpha Campbell Pratt. She was preceded in death by her husband- Claude Blair; 1 Brother- Obreen Pratt;  2 Sisters- LaRedith Pratt and LaComa Pratt. She is survived by 2 Daughters- Yvette Blair and Yvonne Blair of Sassafras, KY; 1 Son- Mark Mitchell (Vivian) Blair of Topmost, KY.; 1 Sister- LaAudith Pratt of Vicco, KY; 2 Grandchildren- Matt Justin Blair and Shana Elaine (Sam Clinton Webb II) Webb; 1 Great Grandchild- Sam Clinton Webb III; Sisters-in-law- Opal Blair Halcomb, Irene Ross Blair, Geraldine Blair Ely, Dorothy Blair Amburgey and Sue Blair. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, August 21, 2008 at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with Roger Hicks and Ralph Howard officiating. Burial will follow in the Carr Fork Memorial Cemetery at Litt Carr, KY. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 20, 2008 beginning at 6:00 PM with singing services at 7:00 PM.
